Our Delivery Policy
- Quick delivery: We dispatch all orders immediately after we receive payment.
- Delivery Method and Labelling: Your selections will be delivered to your door via Courier or if an international delivery via New Zealand Post International Air.
- Tracked and secure: All local deliveries are tracked and delivered by Fastway Couriers. International and Rural deliveries are sent and tracked via NZ Post
- Despatch Notification: We will notify you by email when your order has been despatched and provide you with the tracking details to trace the delivery of your order.
- Delivery Times: your order will be dispatched immediately after we receive payment - If a product needs to be placed on back order we will notify you to discuss immediately.
Returns Policy
- We offer a complete NO QUIBBLE returns policy
- If goods are proven faulty, we will provide a replacement free of charge under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

- We will only accept overseas orders from Australia, United Kingdom, Canada and the USA. This is to ensure that we are both protected from credit card fraud.
